Client wanted to run a market-specific cost-effectiveness model for a treatment.
Health Economics & Real-World Evidence Solutions
The Challenge:
Before constructing or adapting this model, client wanted to assess the feasibility to run this region-specific model based on data available in the public domain.
SIRO Solution:
SIRO team reviewed the models already available in the public domain. It was basically to assess dataset required and availability of that data.
Conducted a literature review to identify relevant data. We extracted data for state transition probabilities, cost and utility data for each health states of the model.
In case of missing local data, our team provided data from the markets with similar healthcare systems.
